Terms for using Vet Figure as a veterinary reference and calculation service.

Agreement and scope
These terms apply to the Vet Figure website, iOS and Android apps, and related account and sync services. By using Vet Figure, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app unless Apple presents different licence terms at purchase.
Nature of the service
Vet Figure is an information, reference and deterministic calculation service. It is not a veterinary practice, does not diagnose, prescribe or recommend a regimen, and does not create a veterinary-client-patient relationship.
Official product information governs
Product records are derived from regulator-published material. Always check the current Summary of Product Characteristics and package leaflet. If Vet Figure and the official document differ, the official document governs. Catalogue coverage, source availability and product status can change.
Professional responsibility
Prescribing, dispensing and administration decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified professional. Users must verify the product, species, indication, route, dose, frequency, course, contraindications, interactions and withdrawal period against the current official information and applicable Irish and EU law.
Calculator
The calculator performs transparent arithmetic from values you enter or an explicitly selected source-verified regimen. It does not decide that a regimen applies or recommend a dose. You must independently verify every input and result before use, including units, concentration, frequency, course length and any practical rounding decision.
Paid mobile download
Vet Figure version 1 is offered as a one-time paid download, with an intended Irish App Store launch price of €29.99 and no subscription. The price and taxes shown by the relevant app store when you buy are the price that applies. Apple or Google processes the purchase, billing, cancellation and refund request under its own terms. Deleting an optional Vet Figure account does not itself request an app-store refund.
Optional accounts
An account is optional and is used for cross-device synchronisation of favourites and calculation history. Core offline formulary and calculator features remain available without one. You are responsible for access to the email address used to sign in. You may permanently delete the account and its cloud-synced data from the account screen in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with, probe or overload the service; bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; misuse another person's account; enter personal or special-category data about a client, owner or patient into calculator fields; misrepresent Vet Figure data as regulator-issued; or scrape, package or resell the catalogue as your own dataset.
Intellectual property and sources
The Vet Figure name, interface, original text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Regulator and third-party source material remains subject to the rights and terms of its owner. A link or attribution does not mean that a regulator or other third party endorses Vet Figure.
Availability and changes
We may correct records, update catalogue files, change or withdraw features, or suspend access needed to protect users, data or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be dated on this page and may require renewed acceptance for the affected feature.
Responsibility and consumer rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vet Figure is provided without a guarantee that every record is complete, current or error-free, and Vet Figure is not responsible for a clinical decision made without checking the official source and exercising professional judgement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Irish law, without taking away any mandatory protection you have under the law of your country of residence. Questions about these terms can be sent to ezvetapp@gmail.com.
